Return of goods
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Product by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller's e-mail address [email protected]
The Seller sends the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request or the Buyer can fill in the return form below indicating the order number, the reason for the return. If the buyer wants to return part of the order, please state in writing the name of the product, the size you want to return.
Return the product to the address:

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses that will be incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller shall transfer the money for the returned goods to the Buyer to the bank account from which the purchase was made no later than within 2 days after receipt of the goods, if the goods are returned without damage, signs of use, as it was at the time of shipment to the Buyer.
The product must not be worn or used in any other way. The product must not be damaged or lose its original appearance.
- The product must be in its original packaging and in its previous appearance.
- The product must have all the labels, they must not be cut, torn, etc.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee if the product is damaged by negligent handling during the use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.
Exchange of goods
The delivered product can be exchanged for an identical one only in another size or color, if the original labels and packaging of the product have been preserved. The goods can be exchanged in the store, 32 Rīga Tilta Street, giving advance notice of the desired exchange or returning the goods using parcel terminals, covering shipping costs, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. If the exchange is not possible immediately, the seller has the right to make the exchange within 7 working days.

Dispute settlement rules
Disputes regarding the fulfillment of obligations are settled through negotiations. BUYERS who are considered to be consumers within the meaning of regulatory enactments have the right to use alternative dispute resolution opportunities in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments by submitting a written application to the SELLER regarding out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating:
1. Name, surname, contact information;
2. The date of submission of the application
3. The substance of the dispute, the claims and the grounds for them.
