1How do I choose the right bra size?

To find your true size, measure two things: your underbust (with the tape snug against your body, directly under the bust) and your bust (across the fullest point of the bust, wearing a soft, non-padded bra without pressing the tape too tight). Compare the numbers to our sizing chart in the "Size Guide" section. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one. If your standard size doesn't sit perfectly, try a sister size — for example, if a 90C band feels too tight, try 85D, which has the same cup volume but a smaller band.

2How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Within Latvia, orders are delivered via Omniva/Unisend and DPD parcel lockers within 1–3 business days, with shipping starting from €2. Orders over €40 ship free within Latvia. Delivery to Estonia and Lithuania takes 3–5 business days, while delivery to other European countries takes 5–9 business days.

3Do you manufacture your lingerie yourselves, in Latvia?

Yes — VM Lingerie is based in Liepāja, with a full production cycle in Latvia: from cutting the fabric to the finished piece, everything happens in our own factory. We've been on the market since 1998, and our goal is to create quality, comfortable, beautiful lingerie at an accessible price — so every woman can buy it with love for herself.

4Can I see and try on items in person?

Of course! We invite you to visit our store at Kleistu iela 9, where you can try items on in person and, together with our consultants, find the model and size that suit you best. You'll always find the exact address and opening hours in the "Contact" section.

5What should I do if the size or model I ordered doesn't fit?

If the size or model doesn't fit once you've received it, reach out to us using the contact details in the "Contact" section — together we'll find the best solution, whether that's exchanging it for another size or another resolution in line with your consumer rights. To make an exchange or return possible, please keep the original tags and packaging and avoid wearing the item.
